Mentors
FOS Mentors pairs experienced family office professionals with newcomers entering the field. The program is non-commercial, confidential, and practitioner-grounded - designed to help the next generation build judgment through direct access to those who have done the work.

For Mentors
Share your experience, shape the next generation.
As an FOS Mentor, you commit to guiding a newcomer through the realities of family office governance and operations. This is not consulting - it is a voluntary, peer-to-peer relationship built on trust and confidentiality. You set the pace, choose your availability, and bring what you know from practice.
FOS handles the matching and provides a lightweight framework so both sides get the most from every conversation. Typical commitment: one session per month over a six-month cycle.
For Mentees
Learn from those who have done the work.
As an FOS Mentee, you gain direct access to an experienced family office professional who has navigated the challenges you are facing. Whether you are entering the field, transitioning into a leadership role, or building a new family office, your mentor offers practical guidance grounded in real experience - not theory.
You will be paired based on your goals, background, and geography. All you need to bring is commitment, curiosity, and respect for your mentor's time.
